Description:
Karlskrona municipality approached Hyper Island asking for an innovative online campaign in connection to the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest. Me and four other Hyper Island students (see Duke) won the pitch with our concept of a mobile video competition based on popular social networks such as Facebook, Blip.tv and Flickr.
My role:
All-around developer. The front-end was done mainly in Flash (AS3) and consisted of, among other components, a rich media player that dynamically loaded selected content directly from Blip.tv and Flickr. Using the Facebook platform the front-end also included a XHTML/CSS interface with AJAX functionality coded in FBJS.
